Submission Rules & Terms for Creative Talents Magazine

Before submitting your work, please read and agree to the following terms:

1. Original Work Only: All submissions must be your own original creation. Do not submit work that includes copyrighted materials or AI-generated content unless you explicitly indicate that images were generated via a text prompt.
2. No Guaranteed Publication: Submitting your work does not guarantee inclusion in a future issue. Each piece is reviewed and selected based on editorial fit, quality, and available space.
3. Non-Refundable Fees: If a submission fee was charged, it is non-refundable, regardless of selection outcome.
4. Permission to Publish: By submitting, you grant Creative Talents Magazine permission to feature your work in print, digital, and promotional formats with proper credit to you.
5. Edits & Formatting: We may lightly edit submissions for clarity, grammar, or formatting to suit the magazine’s layout and style.
6. Response Time: Please allow up to 4 weeks for review. Selected artists will be contacted directly.
