“Art is an educational journey and a positive influence in an uncertain world.”
— Carol Barton-Jones

🌟 Artist Overview

Carol Barton-Jones is an accomplished painter with a lifelong passion for creative expression. From an early age—starting with a bold (though unapproved!) living room mural at age three—Carol has been captivated by colour, composition, and the inner workings of the visual world. Her canvases pay tribute to the many artists who’ve influenced her while carving out a bold, distinctive style of her own.

Although her artistic journey has been lifelong, it evolved alongside a full career in education. Carol has a strong belief in the transformative power of both art and learning. Her work today is a blend of these two passions, exploring how creativity fosters growth, balance, and wellbeing.

✏️ Artist’s Statement

“Art, for me, continues to be an educational journey and a positive influence in an uncertain world.
Art and creativity in general enable individuals to express unique ideas, solve problems, and heal the broken spirit. It needs to be shared.”

‘Creativity is contagious, pass it on.’ – Albert Einstein
